Under the direction of the Product Training Manager, the Training Coordinator will help develop and deliver product training modules to Johnson Health Tech's global strategic business units (SBUs) and distributors to help drive sales and maximize company profitability while reinforcing our brand promises. This role is inherently cross-functional: the successful candidate will work closely with sales, marketing and product management to deliver education opportunities for our staff and partners. Duties include creating and/or customizing training modules, hosting webinars for commercial and retail channels, updating global trainee data, running reports, and assisting with new training initiatives that are currently on the horizon with our growing company. Overall, this role supports marketing, product management and sales on a global scale. Responsibilities Help implement global training and education strategic plan: Assist with customizing content to the individual needs of our global business units, such as working with translations or adapting courses based on their markets or product-specific requirements Work with the product management team to create and maintain accurate competitive analysis documentation Develop course questions and answers, as well as worksheets/supplemental materials to further trainees' understanding, retention and application of skills Collaborate with global and North American retail teams to help develop course content Manage JHT's Learning Management System: Generate regular subsidiary-level reporting for all courses and trainees to encourage ongoing participation Update global trainee records Upload required and optional course content Assist with new training initiatives: Research training and education trends and best practices Keep up with and share emerging industry topics with sales reps so they can speak to up-and-coming ideas or trends that may impact their customers, positioning them as a trusted advisor Contribute to the annual development of the global training and education strategic plan Provide insights to help develop the global training budget Marginal Job Functions: Other projects as needed Skills Exceptional written and oral communication skills A tenacious problem solver; brainstorming, research and creativity will be essential Capable of handling and prioritizing multiple projects and working with deadlines Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated teamwork experience Strong sense of initiative, demonstrated by accomplishing tasks; improving current work processes; assisting others Flexibility and willingness to work in situations of flux and in a fast-paced environment Strong computer skills in all Microsoft Office programs Unwavering attention to detail and commitment to world-class quality Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with domestic and international colleagues Fitness/wellness/athletics enthusiast preferred Education: 4-year degree in Business, Education or another related field Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in sales or creating and delivering effective sales training initiatives Proven experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve desired work results Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Excellent project management skills and strong attention to detail; ability to plan and anticipate challenges, manage resources, bring teams together and maintain timelines Other Requirements: Microsoft Office Suite required; ability to quickly learn basic software and communication tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Mindflash, Go-To-Meeting/Go-To-Webinar, Camtasia, Allego, etc.) Maintain in-office work schedule of Monday through Friday during normal business hours with occasional evenings and minimal travel PI[please apply online]23
